Return Policy

I want you to love what you have! Please feel free to take 15 day of receipt of your items to decide. If its not what you want, simply pop it in the mail to me at 2090 44TH Ave, San Francisco, CA 94116 and I'll issue you a full refund via the method in which you paid. If it was a gift, you have 30 days from receipt of the gift to exchange the jewelry for a comparable piece or for store credit.

 

Repair Policy

It depends on what happened. I will repair or replace my work with in a year of purchase. If it breaks simply send it back and I'll repair it for free. If I can't repair it, I'll replace it with something comparable. If you have accidentally broken it or worn it down, return it and we can negotiate a fair repair price depending on what happened. Extensions or Chain Alterations

Basic cost for chain extensions or alterations is $25.

Lost Jewelry

Oh no! You've lost an earring! I'm happy to replace it for you if I can match it with its remaining pair at half the cost of the set. If I cannot find a good match, we can discuss replacing it with something else or transforming what you have left into something you can wear (like turning an earring into a necklace) for a charge. I hate loosing an earring!
